Inflow – Accounts Receivable Automation MVP

At Blume, I worked on Inflow, an MVP designed to help businesses manage accounts receivable more efficiently. Our goal was to reduce manual work in tracking invoices, sending reminders, and submitting to customer procurement portals.

My Role

I led the product design process for the MVP: defining scope, prioritizing features, and working with the team to build a clickable demo.

Testing & Feedback

We shared the MVP with AR professionals from mid-sized companies. Their feedback shaped next steps:

High priority

Portal integrations (Coupa/Ariba) were the most valuable feature.

Useful, but needed refinement

Email campaigns required different tones (friendly vs. formal).

Gap

Users wanted better visibility into cash forecasts tied to invoice statuses.

Outcome

The MVP was built and tested with AR professionals, giving us clear validation of the opportunity and sharpening the product direction. Through this process, I scoped and prioritized the MVP, collaborated on execution, and gathered real user feedback that directly shaped next steps. The project demonstrates my ability to take an idea from concept to tested prototype, and to translate user pain points into product strategy.
